1. Please place all of the workout labels (at end of these instructions) in a hat and choose
a participant to make the selection.
2. Halfway through the program do a surprise challenge (your choice) with the group.
The surprise challenge is designed to get participants working together in a fun way
doing something silly.
3. Include abs of your choice at the end of workout if time permits.
