What If I’ve never worked out before, or have been off on a long break, will I be able keep up?
The BUFFnation is a multi-level lifestyle system friendly to all fitness levels and body shapes. All our workout videos and LIVEstream classes offer a variety of level options. When starting out, you’ll choose the low impact options and progress in intensity when you and your body are ready. If you have any issues at all, please let us know. Many of our members have never exercised before starting BUFFnation.
I don’t have a very big house, and don’t think I’ll have room to exercise?
Our motto at BUFFnation is we can workout anywhere! In fact we’ve filmed fitness videos in some very tight spaces - including a tunnel, a rock in the lake, and small hotel rooms. We’re experts at designing workouts that work in all spaces! All you need is enough room to march, jog or squat on the spot. We’ll include “space saving” options and tricks for those tight on space, plus we have some great workouts that include home furniture. Our theme is let’s focus on what we CAN do - rather than what we CAN’T!
How is this different from on-demand workout streaming? I’ve done that before, but just didn't get into it.
With BUFFnation it’s not just about pressing “play” and starting your workout - it’s about being accountable to LIVEstream classes with a group of positive, motivated and committed women. You’ll be required to sign-in and we check attendance! There’s also an amazing energetic connection when everyone is doing the workout at the same time - and you can see others working out too! Plus we included a step-by-step guide in your registration package, along with troubleshooting tips. Our system is straight-forward and easy-to-use making you feel like a "tech" pro in no time!
I don’t have strong WIFI .. I’m afraid it won’t work.
We have members all over - many of whom live rurally. With our support they’ve been able to successfully stream our classes and access the online content. If you have any trouble at all, please let us know and one of our team members will reach out to you. We also have replays available if a workout is missed due to technical issues.
