You will need some equipment (a band, mat, and light hand weights). More details are contained in the Get Started NOW Podcast. We have items available in our online store. Order and receive complimentary delivery to your first class. (access store).
Location and parking details will be emailed out prior to your first class.
All new participants will have their assessments on weeks one, three and six. These assessments are optional but recommended for accountability. More details can be found in your Registration Package email from your Buff Mom coach. The person who sheds the most inches gets a free program!
