More than a fitness class or gym membership, The Buff Mom is a complete lifestyle system. Our award winning program combines group personal training, lifestyle coaching and nutritional support delivered in a supportive, non-competitive group setting. Keep in mind hiring a personal trainer can cost upwards of $80/hr, a life coach $100/hr, while our group sessions work out to be about $20 a class.
Our award-winning program is designed by women for women, and combines group training, nutrition support and lifestyle coaching to give you the very best results. Your certified Buff Mom Coach will track your progress through regular scheduled assessments and one-on-one coaching sessions.
