We know it has been a tumultuous time regarding the COVID-19 Novel Coronavirus, and emotions are running high.

I want you all to know that we are committed to keeping you and your families positive and healthy as we navigate through this uncharted territory together.

We are following the situation very closely.

To ensure the continued good health of The Buff Mom Community, we will be doing the following at all our classes.

Hand sanitizer or wipes are now available at all check-in tables. We will be avoiding partner work, high-fives, and sharing equipment. For now, we will not be using balls or gliders in class. Instead, people will only use their own equipment.

Classes will continue as normal.
Next week our bonus classes will go ahead as scheduled (no regular classes next week), and March Break workouts will be delivered to inboxes in case you prefer to stay home and workout.
Online if Necessary
Also, we are currently in the process of implementing software that would allow us to run our classes live online if necessary.  You can expect more information on this after March break.
Once again we're committed to keeping you motivated, positive and well during this time of added stress:)
