That's why we created BUFFMama at Home! (btw BUFF stands for beautiful, unique, fearless female.)
BUFFMama at Home is designed to help new moms get fit through safe, fun and effective, virtual training while baby has fun - and you don't even have to leave the house!
Each 45-minute class includes cardio interval circuits, functional resistance training, and core work to strengthen and tone the midsection.
Take the workouts at your own pace, while soothing, changing, or cuddling your baby as needed.
Safe for all levels of fitness, including brand new exercisers.
Get in extra workouts anywhere by streaming classes to your laptop, tablet or mobile device. Professionally shot and edited, The Buff Mom TV features effective classes like HIIT, Quickfits (5 and 10 min. workouts), and Yoga. The perfect complement to your BUFFMama at Home LIVEstream routine.

BUFFMama at Home is suitable for all levels of fitness. When starting out, you’ll choose the low impact options and learn how to safely progress in intensity while rebuilding your core.
▶️I don’t have a very big house, and don’t think I’ll have room to exercise?
Our motto at BUFFMama at Home is we can workout anywhere! All you need is enough room to march, jog or squat on the spot, and have baby nearby. We’ll also include “space saving” options and tricks for those tight on space, plus we have some great workouts that include home furniture. Our theme is let’s focus on what we CAN do - rather than what we CAN’T!
▶️How is this different from on-demand workout streaming? I’ve done that before, but just didn't get into it.
With BUFFMama at Home it’s not just about pressing “play” and starting your workout - it’s about being accountable to LIVE classes with a group of brand new moms going through all the struggles you're going through. There’s also an amazing energetic connection when everyone is doing the workout at the same time - and you can see others working out too! It’s an incredible feeling!
▶️Will I really have time to do this program? I am a super new busy mom, and trying to juggle so many things at once.

▶️I’m not great with technology, I’m worried this will be too complicated?
We’ve made this super simple for you to join! We’ve created a special LIVEstream portal - where you’ll be able to access all of your LIVEstream classes, plus we included a step-by-step guide in your registration package, along with troubleshooting tips. Our system is straight-forward and easy-to-use making you feel like a "tech" pro in no time!
▶️I don’t have strong WIFI .. I’m afraid it won’t work.
We have members all over Canada - many of whom live rurally. With our support they’ve been able to successfully stream our classes and access the online content. If you have any trouble at all, please let us know and one of our team members will reach out to you. We also have replays available if a workout is missed due to technical issues.
