This is a quick and convenient way to fit in a workout when life gets busy. Each workout is like a mini vacation as the backdrops are in such beautiful locations like Tofino, B.C., Florida, New York City, and Niagara. Some quick workouts target problem areas like abs or legs if one has only a small window of time. I also like The Buff Mom TV because Leslie shows and tells how to do proper form for each exercise and gives alternatives for those more difficult.
I have tried many other workout videos, but did not see any results. With The Buff Mom TV I have not only lost inches, but have gained muscle, toned my whole body, have more energy and feel more fit than I have in years. My cholesterol and sugar levels have dropped too. I am a bit older than some of the Buff Moms who I workout with, but Leslie and the Buff Mom team offer slight variations that I am able to incorporate into the workouts and still work up a good sweat.
