Reset and Energize Meal Plan

Focused on whole foods, including lean protein, leafy greens, and natural sugars, this seven day meal plan, will leave you feeling satisfied, nourished and energized. “Cravings happen when you are nutrient deficient,” explains meal plan creator Georgina Blankenship, CNE, CSNA, PTS.  “The Reset and Energize plan was created with the five tastes (sweet, sour, salty, bitter, savory) plus good fats in mind.”

This 7-day plan comes complete with shopping lists, recipes and meal prepping tips. When using this meal plan, please keep the following in mind:

  1. Meals in orange indicate recipes. You will find the recipe at the end of the plan in the appropriate section (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner).
  2. Meals are interchangeable, but please be sure to eat a variety of fruits, veggies, fats and protein.
  3. Always choose organic sources if possible to limit your exposure to chemicals, pesticides, GMO’s, antibiotics and hormones.
  4. Stay hydrated. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day.
