Chocolate Monkey Smoothie

If you love your chocolate fix, but still want to stay on your meal plan, give this delicious shake a try.

If you have trouble digesting dairy replace the skim milk with almond or rice milk.

Ingredients:

½ cup skim milk 

½ cup water 

3 pieces banana 

5 ice cubes 

1 tbsp natural peanut butter 

1 scoop chocolate protein powder
