Makes a great dip for veggies or topping for a wrap. Super quick and delicious.


4 cloves of garlic

2 cups canned chickpeas (480 mls)

1 tsp sea salt

1/3 cup tahini (found near peanut butter or ethnic food section of grocery store)

Juice of 2 fresh lemons

1 Tbsp olive oil


Place all ingredients in food processor.  Pulse for a few minutes until well combined but still coarse.  Adjust seasonings.  Transfer to serving bowl and serve or cover with plastic wrap.
