Subscription Terms and Policies

Lifestyle+ Membership

Please note this is a full year commitment. Your membership includes unlimited access to seven consecutive 6-week training cycles of BUFFnation.
The  Lifestyle Membership is the cost of 7 consecutive 6-week sessions divided into 12 convenient monthly payments.  This means you will still have payments during any break weeks (including our summer break of two weeks)- but may not have classes during this time. Missed classes cannot be transferred or refunded.

Cancellation after 12-months: The Lifestyle+  is automatically renewed after the initial year. If you’d like to cancel your membership, you must give 30 days notice of cancellation by email to info@thebuffmom.com.

Early Cancellation: The Lifestyle+ is a full year commitment. If for any reason the 12 consecutive month Lifestyle Membership is cancelled before the completion date, a $50.00 penalty for every debit date prior to cancellation notice received by email will be due and debited immediately. The Lifestyle + member shall only be liable to The Buff Mom Boot Camp for the lesser of the early cancellation penalty balance, or remaining contract balance if contract was executed to completion date.

Placing Holds: In the event of an unforeseen medical issue that prevents you from attending class, you may place your membership on a "medical hold" until you are able to return. A doctor's note is required and a copy can be submitted to info@thebuffmom.com, subject "medical hold".

Holds for Other Reasons: Once you have completed your one-year commitment, if required you may "hold" your membership one time per year for a minimum of 30 days, and a maximum of 60 days. You must give 30 days notice of a hold. There is a $15 dollar charge to ensure your rate will remain the same when you return, in the event of any increases. 

 

Six Pack+ Membership

Please note this is a six-month commitment. Your membership includes unlimited access to four consecutive 6-week training cycles based on our training schedule.
The  Six Pack +  is the cost of 4 consecutive 6-week sessions divided into 6 convenient monthly payments.  This means you will still have payments during any break weeks (including our summer break of two weeks)- but may not have classes during this time. Missed classes cannot be transferred or refunded.

BN Membership

This includes membership to the new BUFFnation - total wellness program. Enjoy LIVE classes (as per our LIVE season), unlimited replays, nutrition, and mindset coaching tools, videos and community group access.   A two-month commitment is required. As per policy, we ask for a 30-day cancellation notice to info@thebuffmom.com. Also, please note our LIVE class schedule, reset weeks, and training cycles. 

Refund Policy - Virtual Programming (6-WK Package)

To cancel a program and receive a full refund with our virtual programs, participants must withdraw at least one week prior to the beginning of the 6-week session.  Once portals have gone live, no refunds or transfers will be allowed. All cancellations must be submitted via email to info@thebuffmom.com.

* Please understand when you register for BUFFnation Programs, you are making a commitment to attend classes for a particular session. To be fair to everyone, and those on a wait list, transferring missed classes to the next session, another person, or receiving a credit for the missed class is not allowed.

 

BUFFnation Guest Passes

Guest passes can only be used with an "active" BUFFnation member, who must be present during the live class attended by the guest. Guest passes are not redeemable for cash. Only one guest pass per guest per session. Contact leslie@thebuffmom.com to schedule a guest class.
