(Then Reverse)

Alt Kicks - Obliques
Oblique Crunches or Twists with Dumbbells - each side
Rolling Planks - each side
Bicycle Crunch
Ab Jacks/Mountain Climbers
Tuck Jumps
Burpees / Upper Cut Flurries
Speed Squats
