Circuit 2: 2 moves, :45 each, repeat for a total of three minutes (video time: 12:23)
V-step Lunge / 3 Jabs - 1 cross 
 
Circuit 3:  :30 each, repeat for a total of three minutes (video time: 19:08)
Crab Jacks / Mountain Climbers / Froggers (beginner to intermediate option - squat jumps or calf raises)
 
Circuit 4: Partner work, Tabata, Cardio of your choice (time permitting) 3 to 4 minutes
