Cardio #1: (approx 7:00 in video)
Jog or run around the room or outdoors. Every 30 seconds do :30 of jacks or heel digs.
Cardio #2 (approx. 14:00 in video)
Crab jacks for :45, followed by :45 of alternating tap on stairs, bench, or the wall. Repeat for a total of 3:00.
Cardio #3: (about 19:37 in video)
Long jump over mat and shuffle back. Do move for a total of :45. Follow with lateral jumps over mat for :45 seconds. Repeat for a total of 3:00.
Cardio #4: Partner work of your choice for a total of 3 to 4:00.
