  • Circuit #1 Cardio:  :30 per move

Skaters / Football Run (changing directions) / Power (Squat) Jacks

  • Cardio: #2  :45 per move

Move 1: Jog forward  (8 counts), 4 – alternating squats (each side)

Move 2: 4- Alt Knees / out and in’s

  •  Cardio #3  :30 per move

Upper Cuts / Suicide Drill / Hi – Med- Lo Punches

  • Circuit #4: 

Cardio: Parter work of your choice.
