No equipment is required for this workout! Perfect if you're at the beach, in your hotel room, or near the pool. You will need a timer. There are many Tabata timer apps avail through iTunes. Here's a link to one that's free for your phone. Download Timer Here

Guidelines

20 seconds ON (intense), 10 seconds recovery.
Eight rounds for each exercise.

Each Tabata will last four minutes. 

  • Stationary Run
  • Push Ups
  • Cross Country Skiers
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Shadow Boxing
  • Burpees
