Cardio: Three minutes: :45 seconds each move
- Oblique Knee Raises (left side) - video example at 4:34
- Upper Cut Flurry (Pulse for intensity)
- Oblique Knee Raises (right side)
- Upper Cut Flurry (Plie Pulses for intensity)
Cardio: Intervals of 1 minute rounds x 2 (Example in video at 13:00)
Instructions: A combination of jogging on the spot (4 counts), and then mountain climbers (4 counts). Do for a total of one minute. Rest, and then repeat for a minute.

Burpees (low impact - lunge)
Cardio: Partner cardio or Tabata of your choice.
