Holiday Classes
We know it's a super busy time of the year - so we've added a few bonus classes over our Christmas break. These can be used as makeup classes, or extra workouts if you've completed all of your training. Attend one, or all locations and times. Friends and family are invited too!

- Thurs. Jan. 2 - 6:00 PM 1145 Concession Road, Cambridge (Makeup class - but all are invited)
- Thurs. Jan. 2 - 7:30 PM 700 Glen Forrest Blvd, Waterloo (Makeup class - but all are invited)
