Keep focused on that goal, but remember to break it down into small steps each week. Especially when it's something that feels overwhelming. For example, instead of 10 pushups from your toes, what about five from your knees, one from your toes, four from your knees, to start. Each week you can work on doing a few more from your toes. This will keep you motivated, committed and feeling positive about your performance. What is your small step this week?
