Super delicious, rich in nutrition, and packed with all things natural. This is our go-to green smoothie recipe featured in our Reset and Energize Sugar Detox Meal Plan. Makes one serving. A great breakfast or mid-afternoon snack.
1 granny smith apple, cored
1 cup spinach
1/4 cup frozen pineapple
1 stalk celery
1/2” piece of ginger
1 cup liquid (cold green tea, water, unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
5-6 ice cubes (or add more if you like your smoothies cold)
Blend the above ingredients until desired consistency. Then add: 1 scoop of Cygen or Sunwarrior Vanilla protein powder, 1 scoop powdered greens (optional), 2 tsp flaxseed oil. Blend until smooth.
