She’s achieved a personal best in the @lululemon virtual run.
She did 10K in 50 minutes and 11 seconds – which is an average time of 5:01 a kilometre. Three of the 10 K’s were in the 4-minute range!

Here are Amanda’s top tips for staying motivated during a pandemic.
- Commit to yourself by scheduling workouts as if they were important appointments.
- Look for sources of inspiration in real life such as athletes, friends, and the Buff Mom community.
- Celebrate small successes such each week! For example, looking back to see what you’ve accomplished over the weeks and months, and then reflecting about it in your workout journal to see how far you’ve come.
