Festive Shake

We just love this protein shake! It's quick, delicious and gets you into the Holiday Spirit. Freeze bananas ahead of time for a thick and tasty smoothie.

Chocolate Mint Cacao and Coconut Smoothie

  • 1 to 1.5 cups of coconut milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop chocolate Sunwarrior Classic Protein
  • 2 TBSPS cacao nibs
  • two capfuls of Naka Vital Greens (I get mine at Fiddleheads). This gives it the minty flavour and also provides essential nutrients.
  • 6 to 8 ice cubes
