Time is of the essence this holiday season! A great workout doesn't have to take forever.  Here's a quick, efficient and family-friendly workout. No equipment required. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. You'll need a stop watch, great music and a towel to wipe up the sweat! 

Pushups (variation: from knees or against a wall)

Plank (variation: from knees)

Walking Lunges

Burpee (variation: bend knees, touch toes, then reach overhead)

Star Jump (variation: jumping jacks)

Football Run

Workout Instructions:
Perform each move for 20 seconds at an intensity of 9/10. (If you're new to exercise, work at a 7/10 intensity). Repeat for a total of 8 rounds per exercise. Be sure to warm up and cool down.
