The solution? Our "Pumpkin Spicy" Protein Smoothie!

This is a favourite of ours, and the recipe below makes it super thick.

 

Pumpkin Spicy Protein Shake

Prep Time: 3 Minutes
Makes 2 Servings

Ingredients:

1 to 1.5-cup spring water or coconut milk
3⁄4-cup canned pumpkin
2-scoop Sunwarrior Protein (vanilla) or 1 scoop Biosteel Iso Whey (vanilla) Order
1⁄2 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
Dash cinnamon
6 to 8 ice cubes

Instructions:

Mix together in a blender and enjoy!
