The solution? Our "Pumpkin Spicy" Protein Smoothie!

This is a favourite of ours, and the recipe below makes it super thick.

 

Pumpkin Spicy protein smoothie

Prep Time: 3 minutes
Serves: 2 people
The Essentials:
  • 1 to 1.5-cups coconut or almond milk
  • 3⁄4-cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2-scoop Sunwarrior Protein (vanilla) or an alternative protein powder
  • 1⁄2 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 Tsp. vanilla extract
  • Dash cinnamon
  • 6 to 8 ice cubes
The How-To's:
  1. Add the liquid to the blender along with the pumpkin, vanilla and spices. Blend on medium until mixed.
  2. Next add the protein powder, frozen banana and ice.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
