Pumpkin Spicy Protein Shake

1 to 1.5-cup spring water or coconut milk 3⁄4-cup canned pumpkin 2-scoop Sunwarrior Protein (vanilla) or 1 scoop Biosteel Iso Whey (vanilla) Order 1⁄2 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice Dash cinnamon 6 to 8 ice cubes
