The solution? Our "Pumpkin Spicy" Protein Smoothie!
This is a favourite of ours, and the recipe below makes it super thick.
Pumpkin Spicy protein smoothie

Prep Time: 3 minutes
Serves: 2 people
The Essentials:
- 1 to 1.5-cups coconut or almond milk
- 3⁄4-cup canned pumpkin
- 1 frozen banana
- 2-scoop Sunwarrior Protein (vanilla) or an alternative protein powder
- 1⁄2 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Tsp. vanilla extract
- Dash cinnamon
- 6 to 8 ice cubes
The How-To's:
- Add the liquid to the blender along with the pumpkin, vanilla and spices. Blend on medium until mixed.
- Next add the protein powder, frozen banana and ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
