Creamy Zucchini Soup

Super simple and delicious, this soup is a great way to increase your veggies. Have it for lunch, as an appetizer for dinner, or as a snack to warm you up.

  • 4 medium zucchinis
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper for seasoning


  1. Roughly chop zucchinis and onion and place in the steamer basket.
  2. Steam the vegetables for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until you reach a smooth consistency.
