Down 55 Inches

Kim Tolton has gone through an incredible transformation. She has dropped 55 inches and has gone down six dress sizes.

"I haven't been this size since high school and I feel great!" she exclaims.

The turning point for Kim was last Christmas. That's when she says she was at her heaviest weight. "None of my “fat” clothes were fitting and I found myself just wanting to hibernate.   My weight had surpassed the weight when I was pregnant with twins and I knew that I needed to do something and get healthy."

That "something" was joining The Buff Mom Boot Camp and The Buff Mom TV Mobile Fitness. After just six weeks, Kim dropped 24 inches. Here's more on her journey and success.

TBM: What old habits were holding you back?
Kim: Time and convenience.  Having twin boys at home and trying to balance a work/home life was very difficult.  I found myself eating for convenience and the pounds kept creeping up on me.  Being home on mat leave, I had great intentions of going to the gym, meal prepping and it just didn’t happen!  I would snack late at night, and eat whatever was available to grab on the go.

TBM: What are you doing now that you never thought possible when you started?
Kim: Burpies....although I must admit that I have yet to enjoy them, but I can do them! I can complete a whole workout without stopping for breaks, and I can run now!  I am also wearing more fitted clothing and skinny jeans, which last year wasn’t an option for me!

TBM: What's next for you Kim?
Kim: I will continue to make my health a priority.  I attend my two sessions a week and fit in another workout from the Buff Mom TV when I can (my husband even joins in!).  I would love to be able to run a 5K in my future so I will keep working on it!

TBM: What advice do you have for others who want to get started, but might be afraid?
Kim: Don’t be overwhelmed.  Start small.  Set goals. See results.  The thing I love about Buff Mom, is that no matter how big or small you are, the group is there to encourage you.  No judgements, just positivity.

Thanks Kim. Congratulations, we are so proud of you!
