Some would cringe at the thought of waking up super early for a workout class via Livestream, but not Sue McPhail.

Most days before working from home at her fulltime job, she gets in a Buff Mom workout either inside her house or more recently since the nice weather hit, outdoors on her beautiful rural property.
Not only is she taking care of her physical health, but her mental well-being too – something that’s so essential during this unprecedented time.

In addition to her regular workouts, Sue also makes a variety of healthy dishes like her zucchini zoodles and gluten-free muffins and is always up for trying new recipes. She is an active member of The Buff Mom community and is always encouraging, supporting and motivating other members.
“I started the program just after my 50th birthday,” she explains. “That birthday made me realize if I didn't become serious about my physical health now, I never would. I felt the benefits of the classes very quickly. It helped reduce my stress level, helped me sleep better and I was getting stronger!! I was hooked!”
