This is a healthy, low calorie alternative to an Iced Capp (btw a small with has 37 grams of sugar! source).
The World Health Organization recommends no more than 10 % of your calories come from added sugar. That's about 23 to 25 grams or so per day for women, so this healthy option is perfect!
- ½ cup almond milk or coconut milk
