Happy Canada Day!

 

To celebrate our country's 152nd birthday, we've created The Great Canadian Ab Workout. This quick and effective ab blast requires no equipment and is for all levels of fitness. Also, be sure to check the bottom of this post for a special Canada Day savings. Enjoy!

 

The Great Canadian Ab Workout

10 - CRUNCHES 
10 - MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS  (1 rep equals 1 on each side)
10 - REVERSE CRUNCHES
10 - THE GREAT CANADIAN PLANK (HOLD FOR 10 "OH CANADAS")
10 -BICYCLE CRUNCHES

* Perform three rounds of the above. Then finish the workout with two burpees to make 152! 

Guidelines: 

  1. Perform each move for 10 reps.
  2. Rest.
  3. Repeat two more times for a total of 150 reps.
  4. Once you reach 150 - end the workout with two burpees to make 152! 

If you're just starting out, perform the above circuit once, and work towards 10 reps of each exercise.  Planks can also be done from the knees, or against a wall.
