Billie-Jean's Breakfast Treat
We are so proud of Kitchener mom Billie-Jean and her amazing transformation of seven dress sizes. (Click here to read more.) Billie-Jean says one thing that really helped out is eating a healthy breakfast.
"I used to have sugary cereal, things like cinnamon toast crunch and corn pops," says Billie-Jean.
When she joined The Buff Mom, she started to focus on eliminating added sugar. That meant breakfast required a redo.
Billie-Jean shared her delicious go-to breakfast with us. It's great for women on-the-go, or a crunchy protein-packed treat if you're pressed for time.

Billie-Jean's Breakfast Treat
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (make sure it's plain)
- ½ tsp maple syrup
- blueberries (1/4 to 3/4 cup)
- ¼ Kashi Go Lean cereal for extra crunch (the Original version, not the Crunch as it has more sugar)
Instructions:
Mix the yogurt and blueberries together in a bowl. Add the maple syrup. Top with the Kashi Go Lean.
