It's amazing what can happen in as little as 6 weeks. Just ask Spring Inch Loss Challenge 2018 winner, Krista Scovill.
"It’s been a long journey, with a lot of ups and downs," says Krista. "But I’m really proud and happy with how far I’ve come."
How far she's come, is absolutely incredible. Her latest achievement (she's currently a Buff Mom Lifestyle member), is down 16 inches in just a month and a half.
Krista says sticking to a regular workout routine, even on days when she doesn't feel like it, is essential. Also, carving out "me time" makes all the difference. Finally, food is a major factor.
"Being more aware of what I eat," explains Krista. "Increasing protein, veggies, healthy foods, but still allowing some indulgences so I don’t feel like I’m depriving myself. Everything in moderation."
If you're just starting out in The Buff Mom program or on another journey, Krista has this advice:
"Focus on small steps. Little things that you can do to help you move towards your goals, and don’t get discouraged if there’s bumps in the road along the way. We all have them, just keep working on moving forward!"
