Helen Cook has been working hard at The Buff Waterloo and Kitchener since August and has seen such amazing changes in her body composition and mindset. 💪💪

Setting small steps each week and staying consistent have been key to Helen's success.⭐️

Helen has: 

  • Increased her water intake to at least 3L per day every day.
  • She started reading nutrition labels and cut back on her sugar intake.
  • Has been getting in at least 10,000 steps every day.

Her #1 tip for success? Come to class! You'll be surrounded by other like-minded, motivated women and you'll work hard to get stronger! 👏👏
